Workshop on innovation and economic growth in the EU

Miroslav Verbič is organizing a workshop at the Institute for Economic Research on the effects of intangible capital and innovation on economic growth in the EU member states. The workshop is being organized in the context of the European project INNODRIVE, which is a Seventh Framework Programme (FP7) project under the aegis of the Commission of the European Communities. The workshop will host participants from the following partner institutions:

  • Center for Economic Research and Graduate Education of Charles University (EI), Czech Republic
  • Centre for European Policy Studies (CEPS), Belgium
  • German Institute for Economic Research (DIW), Germany
  • Institute for Economic Research (IER), Slovenia
  • Libera Università Internazionale degli Studi Sociali Guido Carli (LUISS), Italy
  • National Institute for Economic and Social Research (NIESR), United Kingdom
  • Research Institute of the Finnish Economy (ETLA), Finland
  • Statistics Norway (STATNO), Norway
  • University of Vaasa (UNIVAASA), Finland
